Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and an amazing central location! The market is just a minute's walk away, making it convenient for grabbing fresh produce. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to provide helpful advice and recommendations. We had a seamless car rental experience, thanks to their assistance. The apartment was well-supplied with all the necessary amenities, and we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome package upon arrival.
The breakfast offered at the hotel could be improved. It lacked variety, with an abundance of bread and no vegetables.

Travelled to explore Funchal, this apartment was an enjoyable base for doing it. It was located in a central area short walk to the center, Funchal, and all bus stops, Staff was accommodating all around. Included a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and fresh towels, all very handy.
Rooms were very hot.

Stayed at Marketplace By Storytellers for a week while exploring the city. Perfect central location, comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities. Loved the clothes dryer, hairdryer, and well-equipped kitchen. The daily breakfast at the nearby Padaria Madeirense was delicious and fresh. Convenient parking for a small fee. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location next to beach and the Marketplace, everything perfect. Amazing staff at all times. Kitchen with coffee & tea makers, refrigerators and an oven. Location in the old town. Nice drinks at Mel e Canela, nestled 200 m away.
